Wyoming Tax Refund to the Elderly & Disabled
The Senior Center will have applications for the Wyoming Tax Refund to the Elderly & Disabled available starting June 1st. This program helps qualified elderly and disabled people by giving an annual refund.
To Qualify: 1) You must be 65 year of age or older or 18 years of age or older and totally disabled for one full year prior to application; 2) Income limit of $17,500 for individuals, $28,500 for couples; 3) Resident of Wyoming for 12 months prior to application; 4) Assets less than $29,100 per person (not including house & car).
